I applied with my friends name as the referer. Vivint called and gave me a couple options of times for an interview, we scheduled the interview, and it took place on their main campus. Myself and one other interviewee were interviewed at the same time. It was an easy easy easy non-stressful interview. You don't have to have much prior experience at all to work in the call center.
