They take you into their offices where they tell you how amazing the company is. See if you can hold a conversation and if you can you are good. They tell you how you will be working all summer need a vehicle and work six days a week. They don't tell you those I'll be around 12 hours a day each.

Heard from a friend about the job. He personally knew the boss that was hiring, and he told the boss I would be good for the job. The boss called me and from the casual phone interview he offered me a job.
