Comes down really to who you know. If you know anyone that works here its easy to get the job. Otherwise you just have to call in and find a lead tech that will take you. Pretty simple to get a job as long as you are professional and a quick learner. Typically a recruiter will take you out to lunch while they interview you.

Depends on who is interviewing. Typically just basic interview questions. Strengths, wiling to relocate, work well with others, etc. Just be professional and friendly and confident.
