The process took about 4 weeks extremely smooth. I applied online and immediately got a response, did a short phone screen with the Employee Experience VP, then came in and met her. After that spoke on the phone with two others. There was no long times in-between where I didn't know what going on. All the questions asked were straightforward and related to the job.

The interview process started off well, but communication completely dropped off after the final round. Despite following up multiple times, I never received any clear feedback or closure. As a candidate, being left in limbo is frustrating and feels unprofessional.

Digital interview and on-site in the Stockholm Office. The recruiter assigned me a task to create a case study, which I would present during the on-site interview. My performance during the interview went well as a candidate, but the HR manager seemed very prestigious, and the hiring manager was a bit quiet. They attempted to undermine my extensive experience and skills during the interview. The next day, the recruiter sent a generic rejection letter with no feedback or reason. The job advertisement has been republished for the third time, and it seems like no one meets their standards. This has resulted in a poor candidate experience with no feedback or communication.
