The process was comprehensive. After submitting your CV you participated in assessment Centre in a live environment. This was a live environment where you had a limited time period to complete a series of exercises as well as a live interview. After successfully completing that step you have an interview with a potential line manager.

What was a situation where you handled conflict effectively
Unfair, no feedback was provided I had to call HR to find out that I was unsuccessful. 1/10 overall experience due to the lack of communication with external candidates. Vodacom usually hires internal people 1st
