The selection process comprise 3 steps:
1. Assessment centre with group of other 7/8 people applying for either interships or graduate programme. This steps intended to assess your capability to cooperate and work with peers. A case is discussed for approximately 20 minutes with a final presentation at the end to be done by one candidated chosen by the group of applicants.
2. HR Assessment. Approximately one hour interview after the Assessment centre. Main focus: CV and past experience, mainly academic.
3. Manager Interview. Approximately one hour interview with your future boss/tutor/mentor. Mixture of CV review, career expectations and reasoning questions

Video interview asking 6 questions and numerical assessment and pattern assessment. Must complete before deadline set in email typically 2 days. The video interview took ages since every video must be uploaded right after it’s been filmed which took a lot of time.

it is hard actually, asking 5 questions and you have to answer them in English. Time is unnecessary. they want to give an example from your life. they give a little time for thinking.
