3 interviews with different roles.
First is with the hiring manager, second with his boss, last was the meeting with HR.
Is important to bargain at the most possible because you will not see salary increase ever.
Be well dressed and prepare for a 2 hours speech. Usually they won't interrupt you and ask for numbers in the industry and your past roles.
Good interview, sensible questions - 2 people - both nice for first interview. Lasted about 1 hour first interview - on line with second interview in person on site with 3 people. Again all good and some more in depth questions about experience and my interests, what I am most proud of, strengths and weaknesses

Il colloquio è durato circa un'ora con una serie di domande personali e situazionali. Ad attendere HR Business Partner e Hiring Manager. Avevano garantito un feedback sia negativo che positivo nell'arco di 2/3 settimane, ma non ho mai ricevuto un riscontro.

I had 2 rounds of interviews till now. 3rd round is still pending.
1st Round - detailed level but felt comfortable. Questions on project planning, quality etc.
2nd Round - on a high level but some tricky questions. Questions to check personality, family life etc.
Will let you know how 3rd round goes, if I am selected.
