I applied to the job online, got a phone screening a day later and they set me up with an interview the following day, in the smart village, the place was so crowded, it wasn't organized at all, I had to wait for 3hrs past my interview time! there was little HR members doing the interviews for so many people 3 people are interviewed at the same time. when you're accepted, they briefly describe the job role and the salary, they're also not so clear about somethings! you have to ask direct questions to get a good answer their offer wasn't good enough so I declined.
