First I was invited to a personal interview by phone, there it was 1 girl from HR and 1 store manager, after ca. 1 week I got another phone call to get to an assesment center, where there were a presentation of ourselves in front of a panel of 4-5 people (2 from HR, 2-3 store managers). We were asked to introduce ourselves and refer to 5 questions in 3(?) minutes, we were told to "sell ourselves". Us 7 then got a kind of psychic test - whom to save from a sinking boat. After that, 3 of the 7 were eliminated and the rest 4 advanced to "selling scene", to sell something of our choice to one of the panel. Beware, they like to pull an unexpected conflict into the scene and watch how you react.
