It was a 3 round process:
1. Phone interview
2. Personal job interview with Line Manager and HR
3. Presenting a given design task to Senior SA and LM
A rather thorough process I had never been such interview before.

What would you do if you don't have a necessary input for your design?
meh, they seem not to take it seriously. The HR was like talking to a third grade person and was boring the whole time. The first interview lasted less than 15 minutes
First round consisted of competency Questions. For the Second round , I was given a scenario with a problem statement and was asked to provide a solution though a power point presentation.
