Submitted via Vodafone careers page, recruiter got in touch after around 2 weeks for a brief 15-20 minutes chat - role brief, location, expectation, salary etc. Arranged a f2f interview for a week later with two managers, offer received 2 days later.
meh, they seem not to take it seriously. The HR was like talking to a third grade person and was boring the whole time. The first interview lasted less than 15 minutes

An interview with two people on the programme I was interviewing for, the interview seemed to go okay but they didn't get back to me at all. They basically ghosted me after contacting me on linkedin
First round consisted of competency Questions. For the Second round , I was given a scenario with a problem statement and was asked to provide a solution though a power point presentation.
