I applied through the Bright Network fast track. First step was some online timed aptitude tests, these were just the standard type. The next stage was a video interview where you record your answers to questions. This was my first ever interview and honestly, I found it hard! I think the fact that you aren't just having a chat with someone and it's purely you talking - nobody to bounce off, is difficult. Also something that flustered me that isn't mentioned in the other reviews; they ask you to answer a few questions within each question, "Why do you want to work at Vodafone? Why are you skills suited to the role?...?", that sort of thing. Anyway I completely bombed it and it was no surprise when I was rejected!
