First call with HR, then call with line manager/engineering authority. Pretty standard process, nothing unusual. Also personal questions about what you did wrong and how did you learn from it. What can you bring to team etc.

Only given interview, the process for the interview was fabulous, I got a call from a consultant enrolled in naukri.com. Within a week went for interview. The first round is 1:1 round. The interview took about 45 minutes-1 hour. I have given various topologies for ospf and STP primarily and was asked the concepts for other protocols.

Attended only the first round. The interview was based on concepts, had been asked about BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Vlan and STP.
Also asked if I have ever worked on MPLS, Wireless or QOS. If you know the concepts well, you can easily crack the interview. I would suggest to install GNS3, get some topologies on and understand how the packet flow from one router to another. That would be enough to crack any interview.
