Started with online application followed by video interview, online test and then assessment centre. The video interview was competency-based with a few games-based assessments to follow. Once I passed this, was asked to do a finance specific task before being invited to assessment centre.
Assessment centre consisted of a group project, individual presentation, interview and a campus tour. Extremely laid back environment ensuring that all candidates were at ease throughout. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

A 6 question interview followed by a problem solving test. The interview was based around gaining an understanding of your personality, rather than your numerical ability. The whole test took around 30-45 minutes to complete.
