They will invite you for an interview with one of or both managers, which will take place in the staff room out back. Very laid back, conversation-like interview with several broad questions about yourself, direction and a brief overview of the role.
Phone interview, about a 15 minute interview that asks general questions about your resume and your experience. Asks about why you would want to work a vodafone and also what your goals are.

Very quick and straight forward. Questions were very personal and so easy to answer. Lovely experience, the interviewer tried to be more personable to reduce stress. It was held online.
