Initial screening call with HR followed by a call with the hiring manager.
Final stage of the interview process was a competency based interview and a short presentation based on a topic selected for me.

Standard: recruiter, hiring manager, panel interview with team leads, future colleague interview. Bonus points for opportunity to meet with the a few other members of the team to evaluate fit.

Open ended questions followed by probing questions like.. "tell me about a time you resolved a multi-party conflict".. "and then what did you do?".. "how did you partner with technology..".. etc.
The interview went great and the interview process was short and smooth without any hiccups. There were 3 interview stages. The interviewers asked technical and situational questions. Other than that nothing much to share.

Difficile ma vengono fatte le domande giust e e l esaminatore è corretto nella tua valutazione. Se non si ha esperienza si viene messi a proprio agio. Consiglio di prepararsi tecnicamente
