Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Vodafone nel mese di ago 2014
Colloquio
I had a 30 min phone interview after which I was invited to an assessment day. Before the assessment day I was sent information about a presentation I would have to carry out. The assessment day started with an informal group chat about vodafone. We then moved on to preparation for our role play which was just a general customer service experience with an unhappy customer, followed by our presentations. Finally we had a group task to come up with an innovative new app idea.
Overall the interview was a very positive experience and seemed a lot more daunting when I was preparing for it than during it.
I received a phone call the same day to say I had got the job.

Domanda 1
They just asked general questions about your knowledge of Vodafone and your experience. They do not focus on tech questions. This is not a necessity as they will train you on the job.

Easy. Just submitted online, had a chat with the manager and she gave me the job, Didn't actually need the job though, was basically just applying because I was bored. I actually have a full corporate job.

Online assessment followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview was part behavioural and part sales role play. They would like to see sales skills such as customer needs being explored, a suitable pitch for a product that solves their problems/addresses their needs and closing.
