Man wird nett am Schalter empfangen und erhält ein Halsband mit einem Foto, was von einem vor Ort gemacht wird. Anschließend wird man mit dem Aufzug nach oben geführt. Dort erwarten einen ca. 3 Personen, welche Fragen zu sowohl technischen als auch privaten Themen fragen.
