1. I applied through their career site in the middle of August.
2. 2 weeks later they called me and had a short phone screening.
3. Another 2 weeks later they scheduled the interview with me. In the interview a representative of HR and the hiring manager were present.
4. 3 days later I got an offer,

Questions during the phone screening included checking if I possess the skills required and stated in the job post. Other questions:

What is expected remuneration?
What date could you start?
Questions during the in person interview from the HR rep:
Highlight your past experience relevant to this position.
What is an ideal boss like to you?
What are your strength and weaknesses?
What is the best way to motivate you?
Questions during the in person interview from the hiring manager:
What was the biggest challenge in your past positions?
What was the biggest professional achievement?
What would you change about your past project, if anything.
After the interview their was a so called personality test focusing on conflict resolution strategies and also a I had to present a communication plan for a project for which the description I got 1 week before the interview.
