Before call interview than you have to do a logical test and then they choose if you have the skills to do the interview with the hr managers and then directors

The first round was a telephone interview: very short and quick with an HR, I was mainly asked why Vodafone. The second round is an assessment centre: firstly they show you presentation and they ask some questions about the it, then you have to work on a case study. After that there are 2 one to one interviews, the first one is motivational and competency based with an HR and the second one is technical with a senior employee.

Video interview after standard aptitude tests. Questions were fairly standard but basically all the same thing. Multiple questions on the same thing worded differently so hard to find a new example for STAR.
