I was contacted via linked in and asked if I was interested in the role. I applied was told my application was very good and then had a quick screening interview. I was told that I would be contacted shortly to let me know if I was through to the next round. I never heard back. I wrote several polite emails and left voicemails but have had no response from my initial contact person. I know this is common these days where finding a job is akin to match.com ecounters but it's very disappointing and is a total contradiction to how Vodafone 'sell' themselves to potential candidates. Plus they were the ones who contacted me!! I might have just been unlucky with that one person so would not write off the whole company but it shows a lack of follow up procedures at the very least!
