Once you make an online application you get the opportunity for a telephone interview which I think is great to get your personality across then they proceed you onto face to face on site interview should you be successful sometimes they can involve you in group assessments or even role play
Standard: recruiter, hiring manager, panel interview with team leads, future colleague interview. Bonus points for opportunity to meet with the a few other members of the team to evaluate fit.

Open ended questions followed by probing questions like.. "tell me about a time you resolved a multi-party conflict".. "and then what did you do?".. "how did you partner with technology..".. etc.
The interview went great and the interview process was short and smooth without any hiccups. There were 3 interview stages. The interviewers asked technical and situational questions. Other than that nothing much to share.

Difficile ma vengono fatte le domande giust e e l esaminatore è corretto nella tua valutazione. Se non si ha esperienza si viene messi a proprio agio. Consiglio di prepararsi tecnicamente
