Rather difficult they have a telephone interview beforehand then a face to face interview so overall you need to be really bubbly and talkative and they need to know you can talk to customers and be confident

Colloquio
There are 2 stages,
1 is a 30 minute call with a Friendly recruiter who gives advice in how to complete the next stage.
Between 1 and 2 you have to do an online personality assessment.
Stage 2 is the in person interview.
I was scheduled for an hour but was only there for 38 minutes. You are asked 8 competency questions about Vodafone spirit behaviours and shown around the building.
I heard back after 24 hours of my interviewm
