Lovely interview process - short exercise assignment but nothing too time consuming. I felt their questions were thoughtful and I had the opportunity to ask questions as well. An efficient process with clear and timely communication.
Pretty swift interview process and was actually enjoyable. I will say that once I accepted the offer and joined the team, the amount of micro managing is definitely one of the many reasons for high turnover and people wanting to switch teams.
