I was asked to do a one-way video interview where I recorded answers to a few questions. I completed it, but never heard back from them. No reply or feedback at all.

After applying, I made it to the next round of the process which is a, "one-way video interview." They send you a link and have you record your answers to questions. I was ghosted after jumping through this hoop. I would not recommend wasting your time with your video interview nonsense.
