When going in for my interview, I was already nervous but once I walked in some of my nerves went away. The secretary was very nice and started a conversation with me. My actual interview went really well. The interviewer made the interview very relaxed and made some jokes to help me feel more comfortable. I felt very good about this interview and I like how it only took a few days to complete the whole process.

First interview is fairly simple and straightforward, just introductory for both parties. Second interview is a more in depth overview of yourself and the company as a whole. More of a discussion of the company rather than an interview. It’s clearly very scripted and streamlined.
