1) Interview: Competency questions on skills, work experience and knowledge of the company/role. Motivations for applying were asked.
2) Group Presentation: Case study analysis with questions asked at the end. Given an hour to prepare. In front of 10 company staff in a board room.
3) Individual Presentation : Individual case/problem on branch contracts, present in front of two HR staff.
