Received an email within a week of application. Had one phone interview a week later. Recieved offer on day after interview. The interviewer was friendly, asked good questions and created an overall positive environment for the interview.

Initial online application process using standard methods, i.e., filling in details and some online testing. Then there was an assessment centre with others who applied for the same programme, experience was overall very positive. We also had the chance to talk to current interns.
