Our interview was a great conversation between myself and the principals. We discussed their work and upcoming projects, as well as the expectations of the position. I had prepared a portfolio for their review, and brought my up to date CV. We discussed my experience and value to the firm, and where I'd fit in. Overall, I really enjoyed the interview and all of us left with the intention of a job offer and response with enthusiastic hopes to work together.
