very comfortable, extremely intelligent questions. They really make you feel at home. Interviewees are given the interview question to briefly preview outside of the room for at least fifteen minutes. Also, we were placed with the same group of four interviewees so we got to know each other and made each feel more comfortab.e. The interviwers were all administrators or teaching coaches working in actual schools. not from central office.
