Initial phone screening with recruiter, followed by another phone interview with managers and HR altogether, followed by an on-site interview with future boss and HR. During the phone interview, we basically went over my resume. A short and easy (easy if you are experienced) technical question or two were asked. During the on-site interview, the questions were mostly behavioral questions with the up-front question being, "we currently have xxx type of project on-going. How can you apply your experience and knowledge to help us deliver it successfully?" Compared to the other company's on-site interviews where I had to do back-to-back group/panel interviews for 4 - 5 hours in a row with tough technical questions continuously thrown at me, this interview with Volvo was easy and straightforward.
