I applied through a career website online, I was very interested in the job since reading the description. They recruiter called e-mailed me 3 hours laters to schedule an interview. The next 2 days I was having a pre-screening interview. After pre-screening interview they called me to a face to face interview with hiring manager, 6 days later I interviewed with them plus a director. I was informed I passed first interview and, a second interview was required with the HR director, two days later. (10 days)I had the interview with HR. I reported back to the recruiter who asked to be updated about it. I got the job offer the same day in the afternoon. The recruiting, selection and hiring process took 12 days since day one of applying to the job to getting the job offer. The talent acquisition team worked really fast, even on vacation and, they were really nice trough out all the process and, I am thankful they were efficient about it. The HR director asked about the recruitment process and how they were doing with me at the moment during the interview. It was a very concise interview process.
