Initial interview was a recorded question and answer session online that was a little different as there was no feedback during the process. They have you log into their portal and read a question before having a 1-2 minute timed session where you answer. Second interview was more traditional as I met with the Business Control team for about 30 minutes. There were 5 total Volvo employees present during the interview. Lastly I toured the plant with the director.
