I applied online. HR sent an email and scheduled phone interview. Interview was simple. It was only for 15-20 mins. Asked basic questions from my resume. We also talked about what I would be working on if I got the internship.

3 interviews, all with manager. Good conversation about position. Lots of conversation about my background. Opportunity to lead most of the interview. No HR rep at any point in process.

Very poor recruiting process post interview. I have still not heard back from 2 positions I applied for, but saw them reposted on the website. Obviously means I did not get hired. more negative experiences. HR/recruiting very lackluster. Had phone interviews, in person. Seemed to be a good fit. One of the managers I interviewed with was about 30 minutes late to call me, and was not prepared at all.
