Basic interview questions asked. Tell me about your self? What do you like to do? What do you want out of a Co-Op?, are you willing to live in Hagerstown, MD? etc. I had a phone interview. Then negotiated a starting date and was contacted by HR soon after it was rather straight forward.
Explaining about the group and tasks and asking about my experiences and intestines. They started by what they are currently working on and what task would be expected to be done. Then after that they asked what I have worked on and whether I am interested in their group or not.

The first round of the interview was self video recording through SONRU followed with a skype interview. Self recording interview was pretty boring and there were ten overall questions starting with what do you know about the company.

I was very satisfied with Volvo. They have high expectations for their employees and asked technical questions during the interview. I was interviewed over the phone and personally do not like over the phone interviews. The interviewer was very relaxed.
