Technical related questions, I am from Accounts payable and was asked basic questions on it and once you answer correctly and they are satisfied, they check your attitude by cross questioning a lot
If you pass this round you are almost selected.
Round 2 - Ops Manager
He will just introduce you about company, No major questions
Round 3 - HR
In this round it is as usual about Salary negotiations

I had a Phone Interview, Followed by a 3-4 page of Interview Form, then an Interview with Manager, Business Head and HR Manager. Process lasted 2-3 days. I joined within a week's time
