1- sending application
2- getting a phone call from HR
3- Online personal test
4- Onsite interview with the line manager and HR
5- Onsite test (verbal/logical + mathematics + Figural test) + then a meeting at the same day for reviewing your results, also review and asking more questions about the previous online personality test
6- Interview with the team leader and system architect
7- Got the offer :)

Colloquio
There are 3 rounds in total. 1 st round technical. 2nd round managerial and 3rd round HR. All the 3 rounds are conducted on a single day. there is no scope for telephonic or skype. All the people were very professional and friendly
