It started with the easy aptitude test, which is later followed by Group Discuss round to future shortlist the students and the last round is personal interview. It's a 3 step procedure
Two rounds. First round was phone call interview and the second one was with the hiring manager to discuss more about the role and my responsibilities. It was a good experience.
i had two interviews and both went well but still I got rejected after that after the second email. The hiring manager was cool and I enjoyed the interview. It was a behavioral interview so before having an interview for the Volvo internship make sure you practice for your behavioral interview
