The recruiter was professional and responsive, but the overall process felt disorganized and candidate experience was not a priority. The role is positioned as forward-looking with an emphasis on AI and modernization, but the interview panel itself reflected a range of perspectives that felt inconsistent with that vision. Some interviewers were sharp and current; others demonstrated a clear unfamiliarity with what product and operations leadership looks like at enterprise scale. The feedback provided post-rejection was contradictory across reviewers, which suggests the panel lacked alignment on what they were actually looking for.
