Colloquio
Had a phone call with the technical recruiter and that conversation went really well. Then the recruiter sent me a 1 hour test on tableau and sql which I passed and then I was moved forward to the next step.
Then had a zoom interview with hiring manager 2 weeks later which went ok but was not great.

In the interview process I went through, the first round was a screening of resumes where the hiring team shortlisted candidates based on their profiles. Following this, I was invited to the second round, which was an HR interview. During this round, I was asked basic HR questions, got a chance to discuss salary expectations, and learned more about the company and the next steps in the process.
The third round involved a technical test conducted on HackerEarth, focusing on SQL and Tableau. The test consisted of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), and I was also required to run SQL queries. I felt that the test went wonderfully; I was able to complete the SQL queries successfully and answer the MCQs confidently.
However, despite clearing this round, I received feedback from the hiring team that my profile was rejected. According to them, although I passed the test, they found a candidate whose profile better matched their requirements. This left me uncertain about their expectations, as I believed my performance and qualifications were aligned with the role.

Domanda 1
The question involved writing an SQL query that dealt with multiple cases and printing the result for each case. To solve it, I used a Common Table Expression (CTE), though I can't recall the exact details of the question.
