First round was phone interview and second round is for written test. Phone interview went well and they asked for in-person written test on Cognos and SQL. Test was easy but the environment that they asked to write test is worst. There are two Managers sitting in same conference room and they been talking about their NFL games, Weekend activities and Cigars what they like and dislike. This is the worst experience ever. They treat you like you are needy one for job and they are superior by offering one to you. they don't even know how to respect the candidate's time. If you are asking someone to write a test, you should respect his/her time and maintain the quite environment. This is not your free time when you can discuss about all your hobbies and other activities.
