The first two stages were phone calls: one with the talent manager and one with the design and marketing lead. The first call was to evaluate whether I was a strong cultural fit for the company, and the second and third stages were more technical and invovled solving design problems. The third stage was a 2-hr face-to-face interview with the design and marketing lead and head of development. Everyone I spoke to (both over the phone and in person) made the experience as stress-free as possible and were very professional throughout.
