Phone interview., then standard 2 person on site interview. Many circle questions. Had an atmosphere of arrogance and that I was taking up their time. Then why did you interview me? Interview uprubtly ended at presrcibed ending time even though they had failed to get through their list. Told me they woul be in contact and made me show myself out. Whole process pretty unprofessional and cold. Never had any feedback. I know “ghosting “ of non selected candidates is normal but after two interviews have a little class. Really felt like hiring manager was intimidated by my skill set, and more or less looking for a puppet. Very disappointed by whole process. I thought I was interviewing with premier company but overall treatment left me empty. At least from my viewpoint, they were looking for a computer jockey to manage from their desk and voicemail. Did not want practical insight and experience from someone that has been on the ground floor. Rather have academic degrees that mean nothing when 1M trucks are sitting in warranty recall.
