The recruiter reached out . The recruiter screening process was smooth and answered all the questions.
The first round with hiring manager - hiring manager turns up 5 mins late for the 30 mins interview and keeps the camera turned off owing to a late night. Then after 15 mins into the interview, opens coderbyte and asks for a leetcode medium question.
Felt like the entire process was unprofessional/rude and the hiring manager was not even interested in the interview process.
El proceso consistió en:
1 - Entrevista con recruiter
2 - Entrevista con 2 personas de RRHH
3 - Realizar prueba técnica presentando una kata al equipo técnico
4 - Entrevista técnica con 2 personas
Me comentaron que todo el proceso duraría 2-3 semanas y han pasado ya 2 meses desde que completé todos los pasos y sigo sin obtener repuesta.

One phone screen one coding interview , failed the coding interview even though I finished most of the questions. I thought I would pass but I didn’t. The interviewer was nice tho.
