3 rounds - first was initial screening with talent team, second a competency-based task with the hiring manager and third an interesting task based on platform updates and how that would affect growth marketing strategy.

Colloquio
I was contacted by someone on the team to set up an introductory call for the Growth Marketing Manager role, and was told I'd be speaking with their recruiter. I went in expecting a screening conversation - a chance for both sides to get to know each other a little before going further.
The call was actually with the hiring manager currently in the role, which wasn't what I'd been told to expect. It moved straight into a series of rapid-fire questions with very little context-setting or back-and-forth. The interviewer seemed nervous and the session would have benefited from a more structured approach.
Because I'd been told to expect a recruiter introduction, I wasn't prepared for a formal Q&A, and the gap between what was communicated and what actually happened made for an awkward first impression. My advice to other candidates: prepare for a hiring-manager-style interview regardless of how the call is framed.
