I interviewed in North Bay at their head offices. You meet 3 people, crew scheduler, flight attendant manager, and recruiter. At the time I had to drive there and get a hotel but I think now they may do zoom interviews. It was a casual interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and I got news that I got the job a week later.
