The recruiter didn't even know what position I applied to when he got onto the call and he was late 5 minutes- thoroughly unprofessional - not a transparent company either when we talked about comp (seems like they're nickel and dime you)

Had a first round prescreen with the Recruiter. They sent me a data activity to do. I completed it, put my answers in a PowerPoint presentation with detailed answers and methodologies about how I went about analyzing and cleaning the data. The recruiter said they didn’t understand where my answers came from. If you are going to give a data activity let the candidate discuss and defend their answers in a second interview.
