Mostly talked about the role, a couple of simple technical questions. Proceeded to an on-site interview already informed they wanted to make an offer. The facility was nice, the people were nice, but my biggest concerns were there wasn't public disclosure of funding, they weren't willing to offer much detail as to why and how their solution would succeed.l and was only allowed to see machines from ~20ft away. Overall things were very secretive. I was offered approx $105k , and the option to BUY around 3000 shares with no info on their value and a retirement with only 3% match.
