Pretty straight forward application process, quick contact. Excellent interview process, solid discussions and 'scenarios'. Interviewing management teams M.O. is spot on and was good experience. Technical discussion was more routine and less [drilling] of questions. I liked it because you can gauge a persons interpretation and what level you need to be at, i.e. engineer vs director [engineering background] and VP. I enjoyed and noted the proficiency of the process, from the initial application and subsequent contact, up to and including the interviews.
