I applied through mail and they called me back WITHIN 10 MINUTES! The interview was held over phone and it was very general. No technical questions at all because the CEO has no knowledge of such things for him to engage in a subject related conversation with the person getting interviewed. The "interview" call lasted for about 5-6 minutes where he asked me only two questions: what softwares I know and when I can join. The follow up call was within 2 hours from the "HR department" to negotiate the salary. It really gave me a mangled idea of how interviews are conducted in actual firms hiring for actual jobs.

A lot of details were asked to be filled as I applied for the position. They were super nice overall and really nice work on display at the venue. They have an HR and a receptionist who were available at all times and it was like a openness feeling there. Overall convenient and I suggest it's not so difficult for anyone to apply for work there.
